What we're looking for

3 or more years of leadership experience in software engineering teams
Experience working on Mission Systems products and leading agile development teams
Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for project management
Ability to manage Earned Value Management (EVM) processes effectively
Demonstrated capability to hire, develop, and motivate employees in a technical environment
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Security clearance post-start
Experience with customer interactions and successful collaboration between different locations
