Facilities Director - Critical Environment

What you'll do

• Drive operational excellence to maximize uptime and site efficiencies in data centers.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams for critical environment operations.
• Implement innovative engineering strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Oversee financial performance and manage annual KPIs and incentives.
• Ensure compliance with client reporting requirements and contractual obligations.
• Manage supplier relationships and utilize resources effectively for maintenance.
• Provide oversight in the development and approval of critical infrastructure projects.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of operational experience leading teams in data center environments
• Extensive knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems for critical data centers
• Proficiency in Building Management Systems, Life Safety Systems, CMMS, Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated leadership in managing people and customer relationships
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for crisis management
• Ability to develop and execute alternative strategies and solutions
