What you'll do

  • Conduct hacker simulations to demonstrate the likelihood of data compromise via proof of concept exploitation.
  • Assess IT security risks by evaluating network infrastructure, web applications, and operating systems.
  • Visualize network topologies from provided information to prepare and execute penetration tests.
  • Create, read, and modify exploit code using languages such as C, C++, Java, or C#.
  • Utilize industry tools like NMap, Nessus, Metasploit, BurpSuite, Nikto, and Tcpdump for security testing.
  • Test web technologies including containers, container managers, and SQL databases.
  • Document penetration testing results and provide clear recommendations to remediate identified vulnerabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Associate's Degree or College Diploma.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Must pass a Penetration Testing skills evaluation test.
  • Experience with penetration testing tools such as NMap, Nessus, Metasploit, BurpSuite, Nikto, and Tcpdump.
  • OSCP or higher Offensive Security Qualification.
  • Ability to work with LLMs, Agentic tools, and MCP; administrator level knowledge of Unix and Windows server operating systems.
  • Technical knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and SQL databases.
  • Programming ability in C, C++, Java, or C# (scripting knowledge is an asset).
