What you'll do

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering with relevant internship experience.
Solid understanding of SPC, PFMEA, and lean principles.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools (Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC).
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, automation, and material handling.
Hands-on experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment and process validation.
Competence in data analysis using Excel, Minitab, or similar statistical software.
Familiarity with ERP/MES systems for routing and documentation updates.
