What you'll do

Support and maintain the Baan ERP system for daily operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions and system issues for site users.
Evaluate customer requirements for reporting and EDI transactions.
Develop reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) using Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server data.
Research, design, and test new systems and system enhancements for the site.
Identify and develop cost-effective systems and procedures based on technical expertise.
Supervise the correct implementation of system improvements to meet business requirements.
Execute Global IT projects as needed.

What we're looking for

Requires 4 years of related IT work experience.
Requires 3 years minimum of ERP troubleshooting experience.
Requires knowledge of Baan Table Structure.
Requires an excellent understanding of T-SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server.
Requires experience with SQL Server Reporting Services.
Requires strong English communication skills.
Application development is preferred.
SAP experience is strongly preferred.
