What you'll do

Document current state business workflows for client engagements.
Analyze and design new business workflows to meet client needs.
Identify and define detailed product requirements and specific use cases.
Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results.
Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup.
Develop and document data requests and source-to-target mapping.
Participate in quality management reviews to ensure work products fulfill requirements.
Serve as an intermediary to support understanding of data structures and technology limitations.

What we're looking for

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Willow Inpatient or Willow Ambulatory Analyst role.
Must have experience and certification in Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12 years of work experience.
Must have an Associate Degree and a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Must have at least 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm (preferred).
Must have experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic (preferred).
Must have experience in Epic Orders, Epic Clinical Documentation, Epic Cupid, Epic Radiant, or Epic ASAP (preferred).
