What you'll do

  • Own full material compliance strategy and execution for all Starlink hardware.
  • Lead RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Prop 65, and global compliance programs.
  • Manage material data systems and drive supplier data collection and validation.
  • Conduct risk assessments on new components and materials and provide clear compliance direction.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and regulatory files for global environmental compliance.
  • Stay ahead of emerging regulations and translate them into actionable requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, material science, environmental science, chemistry, or related STEM field.
  • 3+ years of experience in materials & environmental compliance for high-volume electronics.
  • Deep expertise in RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and Full Material Declaration processes.
  • Hands-on experience with material data management systems at scale.
  • Strong understanding of global environmental regulations across major regions (EU, US, UK, China).
  • Experience conducting risk assessments on complex Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Excellent technical writing skills for regulatory documentation.
