What you'll do

Administer and optimize NetScout performance monitoring platform.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in enterprise monitoring or network operations.
Active Top Secret clearance required.
Experience with NetScout nGeniusONE and InfiniStream solutions preferred.
Strong background in network performance monitoring and service assurance.
Ability to translate technical findings into operational impacts for non-technical stakeholders.
Certification in networking, observability, monitoring, or service management (e.g., CCNA, ITIL).
