What you'll do

Support lifecycle refresh and transformational initiatives for the Multimedia Services team.
Deliver technical services and provide event support within the assigned region.
Contribute to the Employee Digital Experience team to empower global colleagues.
Troubleshoot and solve technical problems within a broadcast or AV production environment.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects using strong organizational skills.
Utilize Python and other programming languages to support technical operations.
Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all Mastercard information and assets.

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Security, IT, Broadcast Production, AV Production, or a related field.
Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
Demonstrated experience across a variety of technical disciplines with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Academic, internship, or hands-on experience in audio/visual production, broadcast technology, or related technical environments.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with Lua, C#, and/or HTML (preferred).
Strong project management skills to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks and initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities in technical environments.
