What you'll do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue net new leads that fit ideal client profiles for enterprise solutions.

  • Position Okta’s platform at both functional and business value levels with key stakeholders.
  • Champion Okta through presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations to prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and meet potential clients’ needs.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of direct field sales experience developing net new logos with enterprise cloud software.
  • Proven track record in new business development and overachieving sales targets.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions and adapting to high-growth environments.
  • Utilized partners, channels, and alliances to sell successfully and exceed quotas.
  • Sold similar complex solution software in areas like security or analytics.
  • Strong executive presence with experience in the "C" suite and excellent listening skills.
  • Knowledge of target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
