What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record managing engineering teams and delivering complex trading or market data systems.
  • Deep expertise in FIX protocol, IOI workflows, and connectivity patterns.
  • Strong foundation in Java or C++ with real-time system performance optimization experience.
  • Experience with microservices, messaging middleware, distributed systems, and observability frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and open-source technology stacks.
