Ideal candidates have deep experience in technical compliance, a track record of leading audit certification programs, and hands-on tooling and automation expertise. Familiarity with fintech or payments industry regulations and cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, and Azure is preferred.

What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in technical compliance roles with direct responsibility for audit or certification delivery.
Proven track record leading end-to-end technical audit certification programs, including scoping and control mapping.
Strong hands-on experience building tooling/automation for evidence collection and compliance reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams to implement and operationalize controls.
Excellent communication skills for presenting technical compliance status to auditors and senior leadership.
Solid analytical skills for prioritizing risk and making data-driven decisions in remediation activities.
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor, or PCI-related credentials.
