As a Program Management Leader for Adobe’s Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Program within the Customer Experience Orchestration Cloud, you will lead and evolve this critical initiative by developing long-term strategies and defining engagement lifecycles to ensure successful customer outcomes. Your day-to-day involves overseeing complex engineering deployments, driving executive communications, and establishing systematic feedback loops between FDEs and engineering teams to inform product decisions. You must have extensive program leadership experience in technical environments, strong command of enterprise architectures, and the ability to navigate technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud platforms and multi-product ecosystems, as well as expertise in building scalable programs from scratch or transforming existing models. Your success will be measured by establishing robust relationships across engineering, product, and field leadership while consistently delivering measurable value to customers.
Lead the development and scaling of the FDE operating model to solve complex customer problems.
Define and refine engagement lifecycles for consistent delivery of value in high-stakes environments.
Oversee execution of multi-phase engineering deployments, ensuring alignment with customer strategies.
Serve as an executive escalation point for resolving critical issues in high-profile implementations.
Establish systematic feedback loops between FDEs and engineering teams to inform product roadmaps.
What we're looking for
10+ years of program leadership in technical or customer-deployed environments.
Proven ability to manage complex product deployments under high-pressure conditions.

Track record of end-to-end ownership of outcomes in ambiguous environments.
Superior executive communication skills for uncertain or critical situations.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
