Engineering Program Manager

What you'll do

• Develops and implements technical quality assurance systems for medical devices.
• Oversees feasibility studies to ensure new designs function as intended.
• Manages coordination with external suppliers and consultants for timely delivery.
• Directs the development of new concepts from initial design through market release.
• Evaluates and develops personnel to maintain efficient operation within the function.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with at least 3 years.
• Bachelor’s degree required, meeting U.S. regulatory requirements for foreign degrees.
• Practical experience leading and managing processes, projects, and initiatives in a technical field.
• Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline.
• Understanding of how work impacts other areas of the organization.
