  • 8+ years of hands-on software development focusing on resilient, high-performance systems for distributed edge environments.
  • Expertise in C++ and/or Rust, including deep knowledge of memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects under tight deadlines while managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the capability to inspire and develop talented engineers.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous process improvement.
