What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering management with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in building or leading infrastructure, developer tooling, or large-scale distributed systems for internal customers.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle testing including unit, integration, and E2E automation frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive complex technical strategies across geographic boundaries.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to influence global stakeholders.
  • Experience with mobile development (iOS/Android) or applied AI/ML is valued but not required.
  • Commitment to engineering excellence and curiosity about how AI can redefine speed and quality.
