What you'll do
Support the development and enhancement of internal applications to improve access to enterprise information and resources.
Assist in building and maintaining user-facing tools, including chat-based interfaces, to enhance employee experience.
Participate in testing activities by creating test cases, executing tests, and validating application functionality.
Analyze data and system outputs to support performance improvements and user experience enhancements for applications.

What we're looking for
At least 6 months of experience in application development with Java or Python
Experience working with APIs, basic front-end tools, and testing/debugging code
Familiarity with Generative AI or AI-assisted tools like LangChain/LangGraph
6+ months of experience in Agile environments using Jira for project management
Exposure to cloud platforms or container-based development environments
Ability to support secure coding practices and comply with enterprise security standards
Experience analyzing data and integrating content into applications for accuracy and accessibility
