What you'll do

What we're looking for
Hands-on experience supporting or working with applications or enterprise systems, including monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
Practical experience working with data using SQL or database tools to query, analyze, and interpret datasets.
Experience analyzing system performance trends over time, identifying issues, and supporting dashboards and reporting efforts.
Exposure to AI and automation tools within the past year, applying AI to analyze data and improve processes.
Collaborative experience in team-based environments, working with engineering or cross-functional teams and communicating findings.
Experience contributing to software development lifecycle activities such as testing, issue tracking, and release support.
