What you'll do

Provide technical leadership in designing and developing software and web applications within an Agile environment.
Develop applications using C, C++, Python, Perl, and Shell on Linux operating systems.
Implement features using RDK-B/C reference design kits and JSON/XML for Telemetry 2.0, Webpa, Upnp, and TR-069.
Integrate and support software based on DOCSIS, SCTE, and Wi-Fi 6/7 technologies.
Research, write, and edit technical documentation including software designs, evaluation plans, and manual reports.
Analyze, test, and integrate new applications while managing the software update and rollout process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify product requirements and work with QA teams to ensure specifications are met.
Guide and mentor junior-level engineers on technical projects and development practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Five years of experience designing and developing software and web applications in an Agile environment using C, C++, Python, Perl, and Shell.
Four years of experience using reference design kits, including RDK-B and RDK-C.
Three years of experience using JSON and XML for Telemetry 2.0, Webpa, Upnp, and TR-069.
Experience working with Linux OS.
Experience working with cable telecommunication standards including DOCSIS and SCTE standards.
Experience using Wi-Fi technologies, including Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 7, and 802.11 k/v/b/e.
