What you'll do

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate energy solutions into maritime products.
  • Perform mission-level trade studies to balance risk, cost, and performance objectives.
  • Actively participate in Root Cause Corrective Action for energy system issues.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field (Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in power system design and development
  • Experience designing high-density energy storage systems for harsh environments
  • Expertise in battery safety plans and certification processes (UN38.3, NAVSEA 9310)
  • Strong technical fundamentals in energy storage systems and electronics design
  • High-reliability power system design experience for mission-critical applications
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external vendors
