What you'll do

  • Support laboratory test plans by installing and removing hardware and line replaceable units.
  • Ensure lab compliance with security, safety, SDS, and other program directives.
  • Construct simple test fixtures and perform minor repairs or modifications as directed.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain electronic systems including repair and setup of video, audio, and data acquisition systems.
  • Read electrical schematics and use troubleshooting equipment to diagnose malfunctions.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of related experience or equivalent technical training for Electronic Technician 3
  • 6+ years of related experience or equivalent technical training for Electronic Technician 4
  • Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance preferred
  • Knowledge of electronic principles and ability to wire and assemble circuits
  • Experience in fabricating test cables and working with Test and Manufacturing engineers
  • Ability to work overtime, multi-task, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Certified in J-STD-001, IPC-610, or WHMA-620 preferred
