As the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineer- Level 2 on the E3 team, you will lead requirements development and verification testing for electromagnetic systems across various flight-test platforms. This role requires expertise in electromagnetic systems, RF analysis, and flight-test integration, along with proficiency in tools like spectrum analyzers and network analyzers, as well as a solid understanding of Maxwell's Laws and electrical grounding concepts.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics.
  • Experience with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and E3 performance requirements development.
  • Proficiency in RF analysis, antenna design, and COSITE assessments.
  • Knowledge of Maxwell's Laws and principles of electromagnetic wave theory.
  • Familiarity with standard test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
  • Basic understanding of RF propagation and electrical grounding concepts.
  • Ability to coordinate EMC testing and flight-test modification oversight.
