The role requires proficiency in MATLAB, Excel, CST/EMA3D, PSPICE, and a solid understanding of EMI/EMC theory, with experience in satellite or missile systems testing being highly desirable. This position is crucial for addressing electromagnetic issues at both package and system levels within the SPACE business unit.

What you'll do

  • Conduct E3 analyses including Lightning, Shielding, HERO, EMP to support SRP portfolios.
  • Oversee logistics and write test plans for EMI testing, ensuring equipment availability and setup.
  • Apply E3 skills to convert customer needs into system requirements and solutions.
  • Perform functional analysis and trade studies to translate customer requirements into hardware specifications.
  • Verify requirements through compliance verification processes at package and system levels.

What we're looking for

  • Knowledge of MIL-STD-461/464 requirements and test methods.
  • Basic EMI/EMC theory knowledge for design, modeling, and analysis.
  • Willingness to perform on-site testing work.
  • US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Experience in satellite or missile system test and analysis.
  • Proficiency in E3 Control Plans, Test Procedures, Lab Reports generation.
