  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated high-performance hardware systems.
  • Develop physical and digital tools to analyze data from field and lab tests for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Over 1 year of experience in hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering.
  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or related STEM field.
  • Experience with electronics and mechanical design including RF principles.
  • Proficiency in environmental testing such as HALT/HASS, thermal, humidity, shock & vibration.
  • Strong understanding of electronics reliability, manufacturing, and failure mechanisms.
