What you'll do

  • Lead Electromagnetic Environmental Effects activities and define EMI/EMC requirements for multiple programs.
  • Optimize and automate EMI engineering efforts by establishing metrics and identifying opportunities.
  • Design and ensure compliance with grounding, shielding, transmission lines, and filter design standards.
  • Draft, review, and modify EMI documentation including test plans, reports, and verification procedures.
  • Perform RF Co-site analyses and support troubleshooting in the EMI lab.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of professional experience.
  • EMI design, RF or DC power supply design experience.
  • Experience with Military Standards (MIL-STD-461F/G, MIL-STD-464C/D).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security clearance.
  • Strong communication skills for drafting and reviewing technical documentation.
