What you'll do

  • Lead electrical and controls engineering activities across all phases of capital projects.
  • Provide expert-level support in control systems, automation platforms, and system integration.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance manufacturing capability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing equipment and processes for operational improvements.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing technical requirements and budgets.

What we're looking for

  • 8-12 years of engineering and operations experience in manufacturing, preferably CPG or Food & Beverage industries.
  • Expertise in electrical, instrumentation, control systems, industrial power distribution, and automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and resources while delivering results aligned with business objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Rockwell Automation control systems and related technologies.
  • Experience applying industry standards (NEC, ANSI, IEC, NEMA, NFPA) and manufacturing data systems (SCADA, MES).
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance through collaboration and accountability.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while balancing technical requirements, business priorities, budgets, and schedules.
