What you'll do

Lead and review permits for various high-risk activities to ensure compliance.
Conduct daily risk assessments and support critical tasks outside regular hours.
Own the on-site Management of Change process to prevent design gaps and rework.
Verify contractor EHS capability, training, and equipment compliance; enforce Stop-Work Authority.
Initiate incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
Deliver new-hire/contractor EHS training and promote Behavior-Based Safety culture.

What we're looking for

2-6 years of EHS experience in semiconductor fabs or high-tech construction.
Expertise in OSHA regulations, LOTO, working at height, machinery/rigging, chemicals, NFPA 70E, RCRA, DOT hazardous materials.
Hands-on contractor management and PTW systems coordination experience.
Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, emergency response skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related technical field required.
Professional certifications: CSP, CIH, CHMM, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR.
