Product Engineering Developer Intern

What you'll do

• Own specific components of project work and deliverables under the guidance of a mentor.
• Conduct research and analyze data to develop recommendations for real business decisions.
• Support the development of technical solutions that address organizational needs and member experiences.
• Apply specific organizational processes, programs, and technologies to complete assigned tasks.
• Support departmental initiatives aimed at improving business outcomes and client experiences.
• Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to department leadership regarding project results.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of company business and comply with HIPAA and other compliance policies.

What we're looking for

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Available for the full duration of the 10-week program.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
• Background in AI, Python, Cloud Engineering, AWS, Java, JavaScript, or SQL (preferred).
• Knowledge of Databricks, Salesforce, Microservices, Mulesoft, or Data Analytics (preferred).
