What you'll do

  • Lead the Technical Marketing Engineering team to develop strategies for self-driving networks and accelerate product adoption.
  • Translate complex technical architectures into compelling value propositions and messaging for both engineers and C-suite executives.
  • Partner with Product Management to align development roadmaps with market trends and customer requirements.
  • Create high-impact technical content, demonstrations, and enablement materials to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Technical Marketing Engineers to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry events to promote AI, security, and cloud-native networking.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and market dynamics to ensure product dominance in the networking sector.
  • Analyze data-driven success metrics to optimize marketing tactics and quantify business impact.

What we're looking for

  • Expert technical mastery of full-stack ecosystems and engineering complex, resilient switching fabrics.
  • Ability to translate complex technical architectures into value-based narratives for diverse audiences including C-suite executives.
  • Experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise networks, including MDF/IDF, wireless, data center, and SASE architectures.
  • Expert-level scripting skills in Python and YAML with experience in Ansible automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in advanced telemetry protocols such as IPFIX, gNMI, and gRPC.
  • Mastery of AOS-CX, EX, and QFX platforms (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in MP-BGP EVPN-VXLAN fabric architectures and networking stack protocols (preferred).
  • Minimum 12+ years of solution-oriented technical experience within R&D, PLM, or TME organizations (preferred).
