What you'll do

  • Mentor senior engineers and guide them in system design and modern architectural patterns.
  • Drive continuous improvement in platform scalability, security, and compliance across Marketplace initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Deep working knowledge of cloud-native distributed system development on Azure, GCP, or WCNP.
  • Strong experience building full-stack, multi-platform, large-scale systems using microservices and distributed architectures.
  • Proven track record mentoring engineers and leading large engineering efforts with a focus on excellence and rigorous design.
  • Hands-on coding skills with the ability to dive deep into architecture and implementation details when necessary.
  • Extensive experience designing and scaling software platforms for large user bases, focusing on modularity and long-term maintainability.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect technical strategy to business outcomes in complex environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
