What you'll do

Provide technical leadership for engineering teams to productionize machine learning applications at scale.
Design, develop, and implement ML applications using existing and emerging technology platforms.
Serve as a domain expert to guide architectural decisions and ensure high availability of ML systems.
Develop and review model and application code to solve complex financial service problems.
Optimize data pipelines to feed machine learning models effectively.
Leverage cloud-based architectures to deliver optimized machine learning models at scale.
Evangelize best practices across the entire engineering and modeling lifecycle.
Mentor other engineers and help recruit, nurture, and retain top technical talent.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
At least 10 years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
At least 6 years of experience programming in C, C++, Python, or Scala.
At least 3 years of experience with the full ML development lifecycle in a business critical setting.
3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and scaling production-ready data pipelines for ML models.
2+ years of experience using Dask, RAPIDS, or in High Performance Computing.
2+ years of experience with the PyData ecosystem including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to various audiences.
