What you'll do
Lead technical aspects of business acquisition, delivery execution, and post-SOP maintenance for automotive projects.
Develop deep understanding of OEM’s roadmap, vehicle architecture, requirements, and constraints.
Coordinate Qualcomm internal engineering teams to meet customer milestones across all phases of projects.
Represent the "voice of the customer" in internal forums, driving alignment across Qualcomm departments.
Anticipate customer needs and translate them into Qualcomm platform requirements and solutions.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in software engineering and project management leadership roles.
Strong background in automotive systems engineering, including compute platform architecture and embedded SW stacks.
Solid understanding of automotive safety and quality frameworks like ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority in complex organizations.
