  • Collaborate with academic partners to develop future models and data analysis techniques for Predictive Maintenance.

What we're looking for

  • Strong SoC architecture experience and understanding of full silicon development lifecycle.
  • Broad knowledge in hardware design, DFT/test infrastructure, firmware/software interaction, and system-level reliability.
  • Experience with DFT technologies including MBIST, ATPG, LBIST, in-system test, and structural test reuse.
  • Understanding of silicon aging, reliability mechanisms, and automotive qualification standards like AEC-Q100.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional technical solutions in complex engineering organizations.
  • Expertise in defining, modeling, designing, optimizing, verifying, validating, implementing, and documenting IP development for high-performance products.
