Lead and mentor a team of clearing operations professionals to ensure high performance.
Oversee incident management, including root cause analysis and impact studies during production events.
Ensure successful completion of all intraday and daily clearing processes, including member statement confirmation.
Manage project implementation for operational efficiencies and new system functionality in the US Clearing Operations area.
Provide customer support and training on platform behavior and clearing processing features.
Maintain compliance with CFTC regulations regarding segregation of funds and work closely with Compliance staff.
What we're looking for
7+ years of securities-related or technical support experience in derivatives products, futures clearing, post-trade processing, and treasury management.
5+ years of back-office experience at a clearinghouse or clearing firm with expertise in futures or other derivatives.
4+ years of analytics experience with the ability to parse and analyze large data sets.
7+ years of leadership experience in operations, financial services, or technical support environments.
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Accounting, Finance/Financial Services, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Writing/Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in technical writing, project management, and technical operations.
