Director, Solutions Architect (Infrastructure Platforms)

What you'll do

• Leads the development and maintenance of technology strategies and application roadmaps.
• Oversees the delivery of programs and projects within the solution area or infrastructure domain.
• Implements reusable technology solutions using shared assets across domains.
• Identifies technical risks and ensures currency in product/applications supporting business areas.
• Establishes building codes and enforces compliance with technology standards for business areas.
• Assists leadership teams in estimating costs and planning resources for new technologies.

What we're looking for

• Over 10 years of experience in technology with expertise in multiple architectural domains and technologies.
• Proven leadership in planning and roadmap development for at least five years.
• Four years of management experience, including team performance management and hiring.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Web and Cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to influence decisions and build relationships.
• Ability to lead technical quality through architecture and design reviews.
• Active participation in industry communities and standards organizations.
