What you'll do

  • Lead technical deployments of NVIDIA AI datacenter systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve complex hardware and deployment issues related to GPU, networking, and storage technologies.
  • Serve as a technical expert for sales teams to drive adoption of NVIDIA solutions.
  • Identify system architectures and key product requirements through engagement with enterprise customers.
  • Support NCPs in deploying and integrating NVIDIA AI technologies in cloud environments.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support within the technology industry.
  • Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
  • Strong networking expertise across TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and switches.
  • Proficiency in Bash scripting, Ansible, and Python for automation and diagnostics.
  • Proven experience with large-scale datacenter rollouts and NCP platform integration.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
