What you'll do

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 6 years of experience.
Possess 8 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Possess 3 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrate extensive experience leading complex software engineering projects with a focus on reliability, scalability, and integration.
Manage the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, deployment, and maintenance.
Exhibit expertise in DevOps practices, cloud cost optimization, and observability tooling.
Drive AI/ML-enabled product development and integrate agentic systems using modern programming languages.
Lead high-performing engineering teams through mentorship, professional growth, and succession planning.
