What we're looking for

15+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
Proven track record managing managers and developing high-quality management talent.
Extensive experience leading diverse engineering teams with backend services and big data pipelines.
Strong technical expertise in distributed systems, data-intensive applications, and scalable database architecture.
Deep domain knowledge in financial systems, lending, accounting, or fintech industries.
