What you'll do

• Lead the Financial Services Technology annual business rhythm and governance processes.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner for FS Tech leadership team on operations management.
• Prioritize key areas such as goals, labor strategy, budget, and associate engagement.
• Drive and track divisional goals and priorities in alignment with organizational vision.
• Create and manage scalable processes to ensure operational excellence and execution discipline.
