What you'll do

  • Establish real-time, automated visibility through dashboards powered by agentic workflows for clear communication.
  • Develop scalable program management frameworks supporting rapid growth and increasing technical complexity.
  • Define and track metrics to continuously improve execution quality, predictability, and efficiency of programs.
  • Drive a culture of urgency, ownership, and continuous improvement across teams.

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of experience, including at least 8 years in technical leadership or TPM roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of forming and advancing TPM organizations across broad frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
  • Experience leading Agile practices in large-scale software environments and hands-on AI tool usage.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency and clarity in complex organizations.
  • History of delivering large, complex programs with measurable business impact through automation.
