What you'll do

What we're looking for
Over 12 years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading teams and 3+ managing data-focused or platform areas.
Proven success in owning large-scale data platforms, infrastructure, or ML/AI roadmaps in fintech or tech organizations.
Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, pipelines, analytics workflows, and cloud-based ecosystems.
Strong track record building and scaling product teams, defining organizational structures, and mentoring senior PMs.
Expertise in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and product analytics with a solid grasp of regulatory requirements.
Experience setting vision while driving clarity and execution across complex, cross-functional programs.
