As the Director of Product Management for Core Platform and Operational Excellence at Intuit, you will lead a high-performing team of 25-30 individuals to develop foundational capabilities that enable developers to build and run flagship applications. Your role involves setting a multi-year roadmap for core platform infrastructure including Kubernetes services, traffic management, and cloud workspaces, while also enhancing observability, incident management, and safety engineering. You will leverage deep technical expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, service mesh, and observability tools to drive platform reliability and performance across Intuit's large-scale distributed systems. This position requires extensive experience in product management or technical program leadership, particularly with cloud infrastructure and leading PM teams, as well as strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.

Drive platform adoption across Intuit by understanding BU engineering teams' needs.

Partner with PD engineering leaders to enhance platform reliability and performance.
Build strong partnerships with adjacent platform teams to ensure coherent experiences.
Take a data-driven approach to prioritize platform investments and balance workloads.
Represent platform capabilities to Intuit senior leadership, translating technical value.
What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in product management or technical program leadership for platform/infrastructure products.
5+ years leading platform PM teams with experience managing managers (M3+ leaders).
Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure including Kubernetes, container orchestration, and service mesh.
Proven track record of driving platform adoption across large engineering organizations (>1000 engineers).
Strong technical acumen in observability tools such as metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
Excellent people management skills to build and inspire high-performing teams in a matrix organization.
Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
