What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, solutions architecture, or product management in networking silicon
- Proven expertise in Service Provider Networking, Data Center Networking, or direct work with Hyperscalers
- Strong background in network system design and understanding of architectural trade-offs
- Experience leading cross-functional teams as a product or engineering leader in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of high-speed optics, coherent pluggables, silicon-design principles, liquid cooling, and system design
- Ability to perform under pressure when working with customers and internal R&D teams
- Strong track record of growing and influencing senior leadership across various levels
