Analyst II, Clinical Data Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the establishment and alignment of data management expectations with external suppliers and internal partners for assigned trials.
• Review clinical data management documents to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure real-time inspection readiness of all DM deliverables and participate in audits as necessary.
• Plan and track content, format, quality, and timing of data management deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Create key functional plans such as the study Integrated Review Plan ensuring appropriate scientific content and clarity.
• Identify and communicate lessons learned and best practices at the trial level for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Data Management, Life Sciences, or Computer Sciences required.
• Experience with clinical drug development processes preferred.
• Knowledge of international guidelines for data management in clinical trials preferred.
• Proficiency in technology platforms like Medidata Rave and Inform preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to collaborate across matrix environments and manage cross-functional teams.
