As the Director of Software Support Engineering in our Enterprise Technology team, you will lead engineering teams ensuring the reliability and operational health of critical platforms, including customer-facing web and mobile applications, RESTful microservices, Java systems, and big data pipelines. You’ll bridge development and operations by driving incident response, root-cause analysis, and system optimization using a range of technologies such as Node.js, Java, GO, AngularJS, React, Python, Ruby, Perl, AWS/Cloud Infrastructure, Artifactory, Maven, iOS, Android, REST, JSON, XML, NoSQL databases, Spark, and more. You will champion operational excellence through the adoption of modern observability tools, automated recovery solutions, and robust CI/CD practices to ensure resilience, scalability, and security in our enterprise systems.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across multiple platforms.
Proven leadership in managing engineering teams responsible for critical software systems.
Deep expertise in a variety of programming languages including Java, Node.js, Python, and more.
Strong background in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, including AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with data integration technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, NoSQL databases, and Spark.
Commitment to operational excellence through the adoption of modern observability and automation tools.
