What you'll do

  • Proactively identify and resolve systemic risks and technical debt across teams.
  • Mentor and develop technical managers and delivery leads within the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices through retrospectives and metrics analysis.

What we're looking for

  • Over 5 years of applied software engineering experience and 15+ years in end-to-end technical program delivery at Director level.
  • Proven success in delivering complex, multi-team programs on schedule with deep expertise across the technology stack.
  • Experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models using enterprise-authorized tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders on responsible AI risk and portfolio governance strategies.
  • Strong hands-on coding experience and technical fluency in modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
