What you'll do
Define and execute technical strategy for AI-powered customer success solutions across Adobe's AEP portfolio.
Lead design and development of agentic AI systems to autonomously diagnose, prevent, and resolve customer issues.
Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle of intelligent automation systems embedded into AEP’s user experience.
Champion scalable automation solutions targeting high first contact resolution rates and platform uptime improvements.
Establish engineering best practices for AI model deployment while ensuring compliance with security standards.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years in leadership roles.
Expertise in Applied AI/ML, including deployment of production AI systems and deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
Proven track record in architecting large-scale cloud-native platforms and distributed systems with expertise in microservices, API design, and enterprise integration patterns.
Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS customer success methodologies, including customer health scoring, churn prediction, adoption analytics, and expansion revenue optimization.
Exceptional communication skills to influence senior stakeholders, present to executive leadership, and drive alignment across diverse technical and business teams.
