What we're looking for

  • Previous experience managing P&L in defense and aerospace industry.
  • Background in marketing, sales, and proposal development to DARPA, ONR, AFRL.
  • Experience in low-rate or prototype manufacturing of complex weapons systems/aircraft.
  • Demonstrated depth in technical and business acumen.
