What we're looking for

  • Over 7 years of cybersecurity experience in offensive security or red teaming.
  • Proven leadership in high-performing cybersecurity teams.
  • Deep understanding and application of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Experience leading Red Team operations in production environments.
  • Strong ability to translate technical findings into business-relevant risk insights.
  • Demonstrated skill in building cross-functional partnerships and influencing enterprise security strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
