As the Director of Corporate Treasury at Okta, you will lead a high-visibility role within the Global Finance organization, reporting to the Treasurer. Oversee the company’s investment portfolio to optimize yield within risk parameters.
Develop financial models for evaluating capital allocation strategies and advising on optimal capital structure.
Direct global cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning for operations and M&A activity.
Serve as primary Business Lead for the global rollout of Kyriba, ensuring system meets business objectives.
Develop and execute hedging strategies to mitigate foreign exchange (FX) risk and interest rate exposure.
Mentor and lead a team of treasury professionals in managing day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
What we're looking for
10+ years of treasury experience with at least 3 in a leadership role at a public, high-growth tech or SaaS company.
Proven ability to manage large investment portfolios and build complex capital allocation models.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred.
Experience leading full-lifecycle implementation of Tier-1 Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba).
Expertise in cash & liquidity management, hedging strategies, and risk mitigation.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills for strategic project leadership.
